After the heartbreaking horrors in Manchester this week, I’m particularly resonating with this quote from Alexander Solzhenitsyn. It has me wondering about the areas in which I may have been prioritising ‘man-made dogma’ over my own spiritual condition. I’ll keep you posted.

And one of the interesting things is that last time I interviewed Juan, he was about to hand in his notice at his job as an account executive for the company SAP. How high is your tolerance for feeling good? I often encounter an interesting phenomenon when I first start working with a new client. At some point during our sessions, the client ‘falls out of their thinking’ and into a beautiful feeling of peace, clarity and wellbeing. Later, they often tell me they’re feeling better than they have in ages, or that it’s like a weight has been lifted from their shoulders. Read More →
