Featured Show Highlights
Kimberly has always had a need to make a difference, it seemed to be a theme in her life that she believed could have stemmed from her mother and grandfather who were very inspiring teachers to Kim.
Prior to having her company called Kaizen, Kim worked in a learning and developing role and had a lot of access to approaches and ideas, NLP, EFT, development and more.
Personally Kim realized she has always been motivated by freedom and flexibility, so when it came to making the decision to leave her job to start her own practice, there was no fear because it made complete sense to her.
Kim talks about how her company and clients have changed her life in a positive way.
Kim has grown in the sense where she went through realizations that she doesn’t need to control or manage what is happening on the outside.
She admits she never did have control it was only an illusion. Kim came to realize it wasn’t control that she needed, it was her influence that makes the difference.
Commercially Kim doesn’t want to grow her business forward. The freedom and flexibility, traveling and donating her time to causes she loves, continuing with her workshops and one on one client’s fulfills her. But from past experience from growing her business she gives this advice.
Finding clients that are a good fit for you is crucial. Kimberly says it is not a good reason to change your prices if they are not happy with your prices then you haven’t done a good job showing the value of your services.
