In this episode you’re going to hear a keynote speech I gave to the employees of two companies, Online Mortgage Advisors and Create Finance. Two of the founders of these companies had already been impacted from exploring the principles behind clarity so they wanted to share it with their teams. Most of the 80 people who attended were unfamiliar with this work, and with the world of ‘personal development’ in general, so it was really great to be able to share it with a group of people hearing it for the first time. People were really impacted, and I’m told that the buzz in the offices afterwards was great so I’m looking forward to following up in a few weeks time.

And these are such common issues for people that I thought it would be a really useful one to share with you. Emma Broome is an elite performance coach, with a background in elite performance herself as an aerial skier. But when she first reached out to me, she told me she was really struggling with impostor syndrome and self-doubt. And she was surprised when I said, “That’s a bit of a specialty of mine, so we’ll get that handled, probably during the first week of the programme.”
