Dr Kevin Tipper was working as a GP (seeing patients in 10-minute slots) when he first came into contact with subtractive psychology. It made such a big difference to him personally that he became passionate to share it with his patients. But he found there was only so much he could do in a 10-minute session, so he decided to start a side business doing mental health coaching. He joined TCB and things started to change. These days, he can give clients the time they need to really make a difference to them, and he’s getting well-paid for it as a coach.
Executive & Leadership Coach, Sarah Lock, was working in the HR department of Tescos when she first joined TCB. She’s moved from being an employee to running her own business and making a big difference to her coaching clients. She mostly works with CEOs and entrepreneurs, and her preferred method is to start with a multi-day coaching intensive, for which she charges tens of thousands of pounds for. She’s loving her work and making a big difference.
Transformational coach David Bird was working as a hypnotherapist when he first joined us for TCB. He had started attracting clients who he didn’t actually know whether or not he could help. He wanted to find a way to have more certainty about the impact he could have on his clients. As his understanding of his clients transformed, so did his impact and his business.

Jennie had been naturally integrating the principles behind Clarity into her coaching work, but was curious about what else is possible with this understanding, particularly when it came to enrolling a client who wanted 'hard metrics'.
"What resulted was closing the client... which was a forty grand contract. So I was pretty happy about that!".
