Featured Show Highlights
Pete’s journey started over two decades ago when he was going through some hard times and fell into a depression. He never believed in taking medication to solve his problems, so he entered the world of personal development.
Pete was a manager at a McDonalds and part of his job was training staff. But instead of just training the staff, he coached them. He helped them with things like time management, while working and getting a degree and he quickly realized that this was something he enjoyed and was good at.
He eventually took coach training courses and was then introduced to NLP.
Pete says when working with business clients he starts with their personal lives. He introduces the principles starting at the personal level before moving on to the business level.
