Featured Show Highlights
Sarah shares that her own recovery from chronic fatigue, along with wanting to help others, has led her to the work that she does.
She started to notice that something was missing and that healing is more than just addressing the health symptoms of clients.
In November 2013, Sarah attended an event and came away with a peace that she never had experienced before. As a result, she says that her brain was “deprogrammed” from the busyness of life. For her, life now is about hanging out in that quiet state and functioning from a much nicer place.
Although Sarah initially started her practice to serve clients in the most amazing way, but she says that she wasn’t prepared for how much her work would affect her personally.
She adds that her relationship with her children has improved greatly, and she even helps them with personal issues without judgment or opinion.
When we constantly tell ourselves stories, we’re actually creating a chemical reaction in our bodies that’s having an impact on our physical heal that can be tiring. She notes that many of the clients that she works with are facing this and have low energy.
Sarah shares that her income is higher now than ever before, and warns that heart-centered workers can often get trapped in the mindset that money isn’t important.
She focuses more on the value of her clients’ transformations, which is why she doesn’t charge by the hour for her services. Sarah offers one-on-one services, from $300-$800 per month, along with group support.
She realized that she needed to let go of what was the standard pricing structures professionals in her local area were using.
Sarah now only wants to work with people that are as committed as she is, and she’s very particular about who she works with.
She notes that you can only give away what you’ve got, and for her it all just comes down to helping other people.
