Michael Neill is the author of numerous bestselling books, and is one of the people who’s made a huge difference in getting the principles behind clarity out into the world in a big way. And one of the interesting things about Michael is that he was the first person to really get my attention with these principles when I hired him to coach me way back in 2008.

Quotes:
3:02 – “I think in any coaching session, or any classroom, there are certain moments where there’s an opportunity to take it deeper. Or there’s an opportunity to take a conversation from the horizontal to the vertical; from the helpful to the transformative; from the visible to the invisible.”
26:05 – “I feel so much less stress and pressure in my life now than I’ve ever felt, and I’m busier than I’ve ever been”
33:49 – “The mind is real time adaptive and responsive, which means that the more moments that we can put ourselves in, the more the mind will teach us”
