“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can
change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

In last week’s article, I explained how when you share your purpose with others, it’s like a tuning fork. Some people get turned off by you and move away (saving your energy and theirs), while others resonate and are drawn to you (amplifying your energy and theirs). And the people who are drawn to you sometimes want to get involved.
In 2013, Jo Munday (an experienced video producer) joined the clarity coach training programme. As she explored the principles behind clarity, her life began to transform, and she found her love of film-making refreshed and renewed. One day, Jo came to me and said she wanted to get involved. She told me about her vision for an animated video that would give viewers a sense of “the clarity feeling” that my clients find so transformative. I was overjoyed. I’d wanted to have a Clarity animation for ages, but hadn’t known where to start. Jo proposed that she interview people who had trained with me, and then create the animation inspired by the results. When Jo showed me the final cut, I was blown away. Part of Jo’s genius is that she connects so deeply with the people she interviews that she “draws out” expressions of deep authenticity. I shared the Clarity Feeling video Jo created and many people were touched and even moved to tears!
